七律 中秋月饼
万户千家共方圆，
五洲四海各甜咸。
举头望月心胸阔，
俯首向盘口腹填。
达意只消寻常料，
结交莫用翠金奁。
情思美味集一物，
可逗离人作几篇？

Mooncake, mooncake,
Why are you filled with sweetness?
My heart is bitter with homesickness.

Why are you shaped perfectly round?
I don't know when I can be home-bound.

Are you just a pricey poetic lie?
I can only reminisce what was moons away and sigh.

月饼月饼何甜甜，不知我心中思乡苦。
月饼月饼何圆圆，不似这世上人不圆。 月饼月饼罔欺我，不解人间离恨天。

见饼尤惊节序移，
函装佳美又逢期。
但求天下团圆易，
敢望店家风味齐。
怜广式，惜酥皮，
腹腴口蜜总犹疑。
些微已慰婵娟念，
点到吾心足品题。

自度扑银蝶·月饼
形色团圆共入唇，凉夜浅，转银盆。
无端桂影香如是，际遇有花魂，咽下杂然五味存。
齿上存，纸上存，去来可有痕。
甘浓总怕离人选，影倾盆，夜深浅。
风露期年一饼收，蟾光凭梦剪，谁堪相对长招眼。
对青眼，揉红眼，聚散谁先倦？

Moon Cake
Moon cake, moon cake,
Brings the Moon into a plate.
Round moon and round cake,
Gathered my family around into the old gate.
Childhood memory never ever fade.
Moon cake, moon cake,
Filling it with double yolks and lotus paste,
We filled our hearts with sweetness;
Filing it with bacons or smoked sausages,
We made ourselves varieties of happiness;
Filling it with red beans and five seeds,
We celebrated the autumn harvest’s richness;
In the moonlight I dreamt my family’s smiling faces.
Moon cake, moon cake,No matter it tastes salty, smoky or sweet,
The homemade are the best,
The moon above hometown is the roundest,
But tonight under the same moonlight,
The journey to home becomes indefinitely longest.
月饼谣
月饼儿香，月饼儿甜，
摘来月亮入银盘。
月儿圆，饼儿圆，
儿时记忆在眼前，
孩子归家好团圆。
月饼儿香，月饼儿甜，
双黄莲蓉蜜心尖。
火腿腊肠幸福全，
五仁豆沙庆丰年，
梦中阖家尽笑颜。
月饼儿香，月饼儿甜，
咸酥香甜何相关。
家的味道最温暖，
家乡月亮最最圆，
月下归途却太远。
